"The first t-shirt designs I ever made were for Cor Jesu Penny Queen. Each year of high school I would eagerly await the PQ theme to be announced and stay up late designing. The next day I would come to school with a stack of hand drawn design ideas for my class to vote on. Penny Queen helped me fall in love with t-shirt design which has led me all the way to starting my own local apparel company, Series Six. I was thrilled to get involved with Penny Queen as an alumna and give back to a school that has given me so much. Being able to share my passion and knowledge for apparel design with current students all while raising money for charity has been an awesome experience. I look forward to being involved with Cor Jesu Penny Queen for years to come."
